Prospect Law settles road traffic case for 6 figure settlement (February 2023)

Prospect Law has settled a legal action on behalf of a plaintiff for a six figure sum.

The Plaintiff was a passenger in a road traffic accident which took place in a county in Leinster.

The female passenger was in her fifties and suffered multiple injuries include a broken arm and post-traumatic stress.

The settlement was made with an admission of liability at the High Court in Galway.
