Prospect Law achieves €270,000 settlement for Plaintiff injured at childbirth (November 2020)

A case taken by Prospect Law on behalf of a mother injured at childbirth has settled for €270,000 against the HSE.

The events which took place in 2001 left the Plaintiff suffering from serious injuries including incontinence.

The Plaintiff eventually instructed Colm MacGeehin to act on her behalf more than a decade later.

The case settled prior to hearing for €270,000.
